Financial details: There is no participation fee. Accommodation and lodging it will be in our installations. 100% of the planning meeting costs and 70% of the travel costs by train or ship in 2nd class places. NOTE: the money will be reimbursed only when the tickets are on the hand of the activity coordinator, so you should keep your ticket. 100% of VISA costs.
Group size: 46 people,
8 group with 5 participants and
1 group with 6 participants. Each group has one group leader.
Description:
This projects pretends to show the people how it is possible to construct machines to produce renewable energies and the importance of them nowadays.
For that there will be discussions and workshops about topics such as Solar Panels, Bio Fuel, Bio Gas, Wind Powered Systems, Light Bulbs, Energy Savings and the damage that they produce on the environment compared to the non renewable energies.
Also on the last days there will be a visit to a school where we will show these systems and work about them with the pupils. You can see the activity plan on the file in attachment. The activity plan can be changed if the partners shows up with a better ideas and there are agreement between all the partners.
We, on JUP, are working on the wind powered systems and we will prepare the days about this topic. We are open if someone wants to help us on this topic.
The other topics will be prepared by our partners. I still have to discuss with each of you the tasks that each partner will have. Once we don't know the details and knowledge of each NGO about these topics we appreciate that you could say what kind of experiences you had about them.
In this project there will be two meetings, both of them in Bad Oldesloe. The preparation meeting, where it will be discussed organisation details. For that meeting there have to be two members of each partner.
The other meeting will be the seminar days. For this seminar we pretend to bring 5 people from each partner, 1 group leader and 4 participants. Note that the number of people per group cannot be less than 5, also if you bring more we cannot pay their travel. We ask you to bring the participants as it is defined in the forms sent in annex. If this cannot be accomplished we appreciate your answer saying the amount of participants of each gender.
